WHAT IT IS

An ad they play, not an ad they wait out.

A playable ad is a 15-to-30 second mini-game that runs inside the apps and games people already use. They tap, they play, they win something real: a coupon, an offer, a glimpse at your latest deals.

You get the attention a video ad has to beg for.

Built around your offer

Stack the burger. Park the car. Beat the clock. The mechanic comes out of what you actually sell.

Something to gain

Every game finishes on a real reward, a code, a coupon, a landing page with the latest deals.

Runs where people already are

Inside mobile games, on social, on your own site, on a QR code in the window. One game, every channel.

WHY PLAYABLE ADS

Ads interrupt.
Games get invited in.

Every business in your market is fighting for the same few seconds of the same scroll. A playable ad doesn't fight for attention: people choose to give it.

Here's the difference.

Attention

A regular ad

Interrupts what you were doing, and gets skipped the second it can be.

A Playable Ad

Nobody taps "play" by accident. Everyone who finishes chose to spend time with your brand.

Proof

A regular ad

You count impressions, then hope some of them walked in.

A Playable Ad

Every win ends on a unique code, so you can trace a play all the way to the register.

Standing Out

A regular ad

Same format, same feed, same sale as everyone else in town.

A Playable Ad

Standard practice for game studios, almost unheard of for local business. You'd be first.

Where it DISPLAYS

Built once. Live everywhere that matters.

We publish your game to the networks your customers already play games: targeted to your city or region.

One build, every placement.

HOW IT WORKS

From first call to the register, in four steps.

A playable ad is a 15-to-30 second mini-game that runs inside the apps and games people already use. They tap, they play, they win something real: a coupon, an special offer, a booking.

We brainstorm

Your offer, your customers, your brand. We come back with two or three game ideas worth thirty seconds of someone's day.

You: bring ideas and goals

Image

We build the game

Art, copy, sound and the reward screen in your brand colors, around your product. You play the draft before anyone else does.

You: play it, approve it

Image

We take it live

Social, in-game, your website, a QR code at the counter; aimed at your city/target area not the whole country.

You: pick a budget, go live

Image

You see what it did

Plays, finishes, codes claimed, coupons redeemed, ROI. The numbers that matter, not just impressions.

You: get new customers

Three drinks. Hold to pour, let go on the line. Pour well and the pastry's on us.

Yes! That is exactly who this is built for. If you have an offer worth claiming and a city you're targeting, the format works at your size.

Meet the maker

I'm Joab. I've spent my career between game design and marketing.

I've been marketing and communicating for businesses since 2011.

In 2018 I founded Outerslant Media and built Tezotopia, a Web3 game that ranked high on the charts for several years. I'm a graphic artist, copy writer, animator, and game designer, which turns out to be most of what a playable ad needs.

Now, I'm combining my passion for game development and marketing to launch mApp.io, full-service playable ads built to bring in new customers.
